Was responsible for raising and clearing credit notes, worked as part of a team to provide efficient and accurate customer service. Responsible for input of delivery information and proof of delivery notes. General office duties carried out.

Responsible for teaching classes of 15 students aged between 15 and 20 years. Prepared my own classwork with the groups. Also required to mark students work, and provide both oral and written feedback. Teamwork, liaising with teachers in order to develop lesson plans around current study topics. Living in and adapting to a foreign culture.
