My true passion in life is my art work, and surrounding myself with the work of those artists I admire. I have rapidly developed my skills in my own time since A Level Fine Art, and my art work improves with every piece that I create. From my English A Level, I have greatly widened my scope of reading. Even more so with the English degree at the University of Leicester, where I was reading a dense amount of literature throughout the three years, covering a wide range of genres. Since then I enjoy a whole variety of fiction, and read whenever I get the chance. I have a great love of travelling, and hope to travel much more in the future to many more places like Indonesia, South America, Africa, China, Germany and so on.

In the years I have worked in this establishment, I have developed not only existing skills gained from previous emplyment, but have been able to acquire new skills.
I have had to learn very quickly how to carefully handle disgruntled customers. Making sure they know their complaint has been listened to and understood, whilst calmly offering solutions to that complaint. -
