Motivated and energetic bilingual HR Administrator searching for a new challenge

  • Glasgow, GB

I recognised my passion for human resources during my Bachelor studies in Germany, when I started a part-time internship with Amicada GmbH, a local internet software producer. Therefore, I came to the UK in order to study for my Masters degree in HRM. During my studies, I was able to gain insights into different aspects of the field and could deepen my practical knowledge through two internships with Adecco and Babcock. After my studies, I took on the role of HR Assistant with a US multinational. In this role, I offer bilingual (German/English) support to colleagues from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. I give advise to managers and employees in these countries based on company policies and local employment law. Furthermore, I also work on ad-hoc projects, such as the launch of the new cloud-based HR system and the training in connection with that.
