James Pearson

1st Class law student with a demonstrable commitment to working in commercial law. Currently studying LPC @ Chester CoL

Along with a First in Law. I have a variety of unique experience which gives me a unique insight into the business world. This coupled with a natural ability to network makes me an ideal candidate for the role of trainee solicitor. Not only am I academically able and not only do I posses the necessary experience over and above most of my competitors but I also have a fantastic personality. Whilst on placement a solicitor said to me that as a solicitor not only do you have to be good at your job and have the requisite qualifications, you also need to be the kind of person that people like spending time with. Throughout my degree and LPC I have exhibited communication skills and proved my ability to work with people. Whilst at university I held no less than 4 elected positions within the university. Additionally I was selected by my peers to represent the College of Law on the regional Junior Lawyers Division of which I am now a committee member, organising social events.
