The job was one that I had whilst in my last year of school. It included serving the public, using creative ideas for the layout of the shop and such to boost sales as effectively as possible and required impeccable manners and maximum helpfulness. Sadly, the company closed down and I was not able to take my position as assistant further.

The job involved serving and waiting on the public. The main aim of my character was to create an inviting environment for customers. The standard of food and surroundings was of incredibly high standards thanks to the really close knit team I worked with. I believe that this reflects in a very mutual opinion of the community that it is one of the most popular places to eat in thurso.
