Micah Ivey

The Roland George Investment Program is a $3 million endowment at Stetson University that is entirely managed by the students of the program. The students are responsible for drafting an investment policy statement, writing research reports on securities, and presenting their reports to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees consists of three teachers and four students, which allows the students to make the final say regarding any decision. In this program, I was both a student analyst and a member of the Board of Trustees.

Marcus & Millichap is the nation's largest commercial real estate investment services firm. During this internship, I was responsible for researching property details and ownership information for inclusion in the broker's database.
