Use of bespoke systems to access relevant information to resolve service requests. Use of phone systems to make phone calls with polite telephone manner. I have been working part time for the Open University in a Sales and Marketing team on the vital Programme, which involved direct marketing, contacting a database of hard to reach schools in the South West and booking appointments for the Regional Manager. Direct Marketing and Calendar Planning with excellent communication through a marketing mix of emails and telephone channels.

• Trusted with bank errands, accurate end of day banking administration, accurate data entry in Excel and checking receipts for till discrepancies.
• Dealing with deliveries and sales as part of a team. Assembling POS displays, restocking display shelves and organising store rooms. Sorting and grading donations and delivering to relevant departments.
• Serving customers at electronic till, filling out forms for Gift Aid and Oxfam Unwrapped Cards. Pricing sale items. Monitoring stock levels and general housekeeping.
• Organising popular postcard collections, music and films into easily searchable categories.
