Current Role:Talent Manager for Standard Chartered Bank within Human Resources. Focus on development/retention of employees.
- City of London, GB
3 Words to describe myself: Positive, Inquisitive, Supportive What do I actually do? My role involves lots of different aspects - face to face career conversations with individuals in the bank, identifying opportunities for our talent through talking to other departments, managers, human resources. In addition to this there is presenting, facilitating, designing programmes, input into strategy, budget management as well as getting involved with great programmes such as Working for Youth. What makes me tick? Give me a challenge any day... be it a project that needs getting off the ground, working on a budget to get the best quality as well as quantity from it, onboarding others to put 110% into an initiative - or challenging myself outside of work (rock climbing, white water kayaking, navigating around London on a bike ...!)
