HR Transformation Business Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank

So what do I do....I am currently a Business Analyst working in the HR Transformation Team. My role involves lots of different things and each day differs. My main focus is communication and change and this mean I identify and create different ways of communicating projects across a wide range of audiences. In addition to this I work with a number of colleagues in HR to ensure that we continue to transform HR in the right way. I have been with Standard Chartered for nearly two years and during this time I have been lucky enough to travel and spend some time working in other Countries. This is my first job out of University and I have to say the 'big bad world' of working is not so bad! I love a challenge whether it is in work or on a sports court/pitch!
