We consulted and proposed strategic online IT applicant sourcing marketing strategies with clients from Fortune 1000 companies to start-ups, including Sun Microsystems, eBay, Cisco Systems, Symantec, Lutris, Cygent, Broadvision, and McAfee.com. My marketing team efforts raised awareness and created “buzz” resulting in doubling the number of leads over a six-month period for Tapestry.net’s proprietary IQA™ applicant matching system. We also secured media placements in The Boston Globe, Los Angeles Times, Silicon Valley Business Journal, eWeek, TechRepublic, Santa Cruz Sentinel, Business Week, and EE Times. I also trained and managed a 10-person telesales team.
