    Innovated the data operations process to support expansion into new regions. This required some small tool adjustments, extensive training and development of selected data analysts and extended research. Data strategy mapping for FY12.

Functional, technical and usability technical specifications for new Universal remote control products on teams based in the US, Canada, Europe and India.

    April 2009 to October 2010

    Started in the department working on Standard Operating Procedures and training material to support the new development centre in Chennai, India. On the operational side, delivered training to new Data Analyst teams and also training-the-trainer. Innovative and engaging operational projects reduced critical work backlogs by 71% - automation and tools development prevented a relapse.

    Relocated to Chennai to help bring the new office from a start up to a fully-fledged development center. Recruitment activities, cultural cross training and conflict resolution were key parts of the task.

    Functional, technical and usability requirements on internationally-based teams for the Logitech iPhone application and Revue with GoogleTV product, customer insights from data to reduce NPS detractor metrics by 50%.
