•Identified and documented internal/external business processes, developed and implemented methodological and process plans for the delivery and management of business and software/application requirements.

•Managed traceability of the business service offering requirements I was responsible for within the program to ensure the program was proceeding mitigating the risks of the dependencies for delivery of this new service orientated platform.

•Performed business analysis activities such as gathering requirements, managing those requirements through a project life cycle for their implementation of service orientated architecture of business services offerings.

Project:Lead project management and business analysis, system requirements management and quality assurance for the development of new electronic receipt submission application.

Project:Lead coordinated the work breakdown structures, business analysis, system requirements management and quality assurance for the development foreign currency reimbursement integration.

Project:Project Managed, lead business analysis, and provided subject matter expertise implementing a new software development lifecycle utilizing an iterative development methodology.
• Developed the business procedures to ensure the development teams had the
proper information exchange and approval processes to insure proper execution of
projects within this new methodology.

Managed project timelines; gathered, analyzed, modeled and tested throughout the development lifecycle; and monitored and reported on project budgets to ensure adherence to guidelines. Project was finished 2 months ahead of schedule and $500,000 under budget. This system created a ‘on demand’ tool for submitting requests for appraisals that eliminated the need for an outside vendor, concurrently achieving a cost reduction in excess of $300,000 annually.

Built and documented a new ‘Mortgage Portfolio Collection System’ that resulted in growing the portfolio collections from 46% to over 75% within 6 months by adding a system that allowed collectors to process more accounts in a day than was previously possible to do in a week. This $850,000 project was finished on-time and within budget.

Change Agent within a Development Center of Services to implement shared internal resources concept. Produced a strong new strategic sourcing initiative.

Managed bulk purchases of mortgage loans up to and exceeding $500 Million dollars of Mortgage Loan Products. These products ranged from Asset Backed to Mortgaged Backed Loan Products.

The Loan Packages were funded through operational funding processes to be placed into investment pools to be sold as mortgaged back securities on Wall Street's open market.

Managed a portfolio of repo'd and charged off balances of automobile loans around $3,000,000.

Responsible for settling these account balances with either settlement balances and or monthly payments.
