• Talent Relationship Manager at BraveNewTalent. Currently based in India doing business development on recruitment and the Graduate Market.

With a childhood spent entirely out of doors, I am passionate about environmental issues and sustainability. From initiating small scale recycling schemes to pursuing a career that focuses on ‘green’ education using social media. Along with an insatiable desire to understand the world, normally by immersing myself into other cultures, I am constantly searching for ways that we can improve day to day life. I gained a masters degree in Theological Studies from St Andrews University, with a focus on African Religions,  and secured a place with the Mountbatten Internship Program in New York. Here I worked as a paralegal for a top law firm, Thompson, Wigdor and Gilly LLP, but quickly realized that law was not for me! My current role at BraveNewTalent encompasses a delicious variety of responsibilities, most recently undertaking three months of research into the Indian Graduate Market. Using a marketing course at IIM Ahmedabad, organized by the UKTI and kindly funded by the London Development Agency, as a springboard I am travelling round India understanding the wider culture and specifically how fresh talent find jobs.
