My name is Massimo Cerro, I am from an Italian family but born and grown up in England. I recently graduated from Kingston University with a 2.1 BA(Hons) in Business Managament. I'm easily approachable, I think you find it easy to get on with me. You would like my sense of humour, even if its not suited to you, most people find me funny and enjoyable to be around. You would find me to be a good friend. You would defiantly like my loyalty, I am loyal to friends as much as I intend to be loyal to my place of work. I have a good work ethic and believe that loyalty and commitment to a job increases your knowledge of its past, present and future. It also makes me more determined to progress. I am not a greedy person, I may love my food but in reality there are always more important things than money. For me success is measured in reputation and recognition for great and honest work. I am an honest person and value other people's honesty or opinions. I'm not argumentative and I like to resolve issues in the most agreeable way possible. You would like the fact that I am always punctual, I am hardly ever late, in fact most cases I'm always an hour early for university, work or meeting friends. I like to be sociable, making friends or getting on with people is important not just for work, but understanding people. I like people who share common interests and lifestyles, however those with opposite lives often encourage me to open my eyes to different things. I do not pretend to be anything that I'm not, people who get to know me will know me quite well and quickly. I develop trusting relationships easily and people often respect me for who I am. I am not a judgmental person, I go by what I believe is right and what is fair to the majority. I respect other people for who they are.
