At King’s College London, she helped increase student recruitment by improving the site information architecture and by optimising content for web delivery. She managed multiple concurrent web projects at King’s, and project-managed the procurement of a new content management system for the College. Kate introduced and applied usability and accessibility principles to all e-learning projects at 7city Learning, resulting in 7city winning the 2007 Learning Innovation Award for their flagship portal.
