Andre has worked in a direct Client Relationship role for a number of years and has proven himself exceptional at being able to work with clients to understand then satisfy their product needs. Andre has built up a powerful understanding of client needs through careful exploration of immediate needs and longer term partnership requirements. Andre joined Maven  at the begining 2009 when he took over a client relationship role. Here, he was able to understand the whole process of client engagement then worked with internal staffing to ensure total satisfaction was reached. He already has close working relationships with many Local Authorities and NHS PCTs. Andre has a passion for delivering high standards and values team work. He is a smart and creative thinker with very practical ways of applying best practise to every day situations. Having served in many youth leadership positions including Jamaican Youth Ambassador for many years, Andre has grown to value the lessons learnt from trying and failure and now fully appreciates the ethos of success that hard work brings. He enjoys tennis, football, video games, reading, travelling and music. Being true to his Jamaican upbringing, he also enjoys good food and has come to master the art of making it.
