Dr Tazeeb Rajwani heads up Talent Strategy and Research at Brave New Talent. He produces thought provoking white papers on the global talent market. He has over 10 years business management experience from academia and business. Tazeeb has joined the team from his senior management role as Innovation Champion in KPMG Corporate Finance and member of the Thought Leadership group at KMPG Europe. His unique role at KPMG also included managing large complex projects globally with a particular focus on Corporate Finance. Tazeeb holds a PhD from Imperial College London and has an outstanding academic and business background. He is an active member of Confederation of British Industries, UK India Business Council, Strategic Management Society and Academy of Management. Tazeeb is passionate about understanding next generation talent and aims to develop intelligence around attracting and recruiting the world's best talent.

Tazeeb has lived and worked in Portugal, Kenya and the UK. He has experience in project finance, corporate finance, marketing strategy consulting and international management specifically the UK and Portugal. He has also worked with numerous public and private sector clients, amongst them Transport for London, London Underground, Suffolk County Council,Intercontinental Hotels and Nestle. He has taught Negotiations to MBA students at London Business School and Strategic Management at University of Notre Dame (Mendoza College of Business). Tazeeb has previously studied at the University of Surrey, University of Nottingham (Ex-President of Nottingham Business Society), University of Cambridge (Visiting PhD scholar). His research has been published and been reported in the commercial press. Tazeeb enjoys leading the way in innovating talent management.
