BraveNewTalent.com, the revolution in graduate recruitment, will be launching soon.  With a view to our launch, we are currently in our “pre-registration” phase, meaning that we are accepting preliminary registrations from proactive talent who are interested in staying in the loop regarding our launch and who would like to create a talent profile with us as quickly and easily as possible.

By accessing any part of our site, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below in full.  If you do not accept those Terms and Conditions in full, you must leave our site immediately.

         TERMS & CONDITIONS

1        About us

BraveNewTalent.com (“our site”) is a website operated by Brave New Talent Limited ("we” or “us”).  We are registered in England and Wales under company number 6623962 and have our registered office at The Hub, 5 Torrens Street, London, EC1V 1NQ.

2        Accessing our site

2.1     Access to our site is currently permitted for general information purposes only.  We reserve the right to withdraw access to our site, or amend the information and services provided on it, without notice.  We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.2     From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all of our site.

2.3     If you choose, or are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose that information to any person.  We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

2.4     You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. 

3        Intellectual property rights

3.1     We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

3.2     You may print or download extracts of pages from our site only for your personal reference and provided that:

(a)  you must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded from our site in any way;

(b)  you must not use any illustrations, photographs, graphics, video or audio sequences separately from any accompanying text; and

(c)  our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.

3.3     You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

3.4     If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

4        Reliance on information

4.1     While we endeavour to ensure that the information on our site is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on it.  We may make changes to the material on our site, or to the services offered on it, at any time without notice.  The material on our site may be out of date and we make no commitment to update such material.

4.2     The material on our site is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with our site on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, conditions implied by statute, common law or the law of equity regarding satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) which, but for this legal notice, might have effect in relation to our site.

5        Our liability

5.1     We, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering our site), and any member of our group companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with our site in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of our site, any websites linked to our site or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing our site or your downloading of any material from our site or any websites linked to our site. 

5.2     Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence: (ii) fraud, or (iii) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5.3     If your use of material on our site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you will be responsible for all costs thereof.

6        Privacy

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7        Viruses, hacking and other offences

7.1     You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is or might be malicious or technologically harmful.  You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.  You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. 

7.2     By breaching this clause 1.7, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.  We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your personal information to them.  In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

7.3     We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it or on any website linked to it.

8        Linking to our site

8.1     You may link to our home page, provided that:

(a)   you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not, in our opinion, damage our reputation or take advantage of it;

(b)   you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists; and

(c)  you must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

8.2     Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.  We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

8.3     If you wish to make any use of material on our site other than that set out above, please address your request to talk@bravenewtalent.com.

9        Links from our site

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.  We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10      Jurisdiction and applicable law

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.  These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.

11      Variations

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by amending this page.  You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.  Some of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
