  In the last 6 years, we’ve built a team of web developers, user experience consultants, designers, digital strategists and researchers. As well as the obvious requirement of being rather good at what they do, we’ve also only taken people on who share our collaborative attitude and who enjoy talking to clients and users. We think the latter is hugely important - everything we make has to be used by people... and if we weren’t any good at interacting with people, well, how we could expect our websites to be? That team is our biggest asset. So we do a lot to keep each other happy. Everyone has a lot of autonomy, allowing our guys to play with new bits of technology - which is great when it comes to spotting more efficient and cost effective ways to do things - and we make sure we keep the studio full of challenging and interesting projects. That’s why we work with some of the world’s biggest brands (they love the quality of our work, and our day rate too!), and it’s also why we work with smaller businesses... if there’s tough problem to crack, we’ll crack it for anyone.
