At Wine Rack, you will find full job descriptions for key roles from Sales Assistant to Regional Manager, and you can be managing your own store in as little as twelve weeks. Everyone will complete a Product Knowledge workbook and will attend the Wine Rack Wine School to give you a basic familiarity with wine in your first 12 weeks in the business. You also get to taste some of the wines as well! You will then be encouraged to further your knowledge through qualifications provided by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
